This quilted cardigan uses the U.S. military’s LAYERING SYSTEM “Level 5 Soft Shell. ”LAYERING SYSTEM refers to the U.S. military’s clothing system for extreme cold regions, which combines LEVEL 1 to 7 layering to adapt to various environments.
In addition to the high-function shell, the padding is made of Thinsulate, which provides excellent heat retention. Moreover, it is a surprisingly thin, lightweight, and comfortable piece of clothing.
