Seersucker is a fabric characterised by its cool texture and unique unevenness. This is created by weaving warp yarns with different shrinkage ratios in an array of warp yarns, which produces “shrinkable” and “non-shrinkable” areas in the fabric. This unevenness reduces the area in contact with the skin and provides a smooth, non-sticky feel.
