Alpaca hair is very fine. This makes it incredibly soft, moist and smooth. The hollow spaces inside the wool allow warm air to build up, making it extremely warm. And when it gets hot, it dissipates the excess heat.
Furball resistant
Alpaca is known for its warmth, but what it excels in is its resistance to furballs. This is due to the fact that the hair is naturally straight and there are fewer scales on the surface, so the fibres are less likely to tangle when rubbed.
Soft and smooth
