Crisp and cool cotton linen
The fabric is a weathered weave of 80% cotton and 20% linen. The thin, crisp and cool fabric has a firm, dense texture and lightness. The
linen blend also makes it highly absorbent and wicking, making it the perfect spring/summer hat.

Careful dyeing by refined artisans
The dyeing is done by the same artisans who have worked on hand towels and furoshiki. It is a process that takes time and effort without changing the taste of the fabric itself.

In addition to the sulphide dyeing, we have applied a more uneven dyeing, so that each part of the hat has a different look. This hat has been dyed with a sulphuric dyeing process to give it a more even look.
Easy to wear, beautiful shape
This hat is made to fit the shape of the Japanese head. The volume point is made low and the bulge is suppressed.
By dividing it into 8 panels, we have created a beautiful ball shape that is easy to wear without shaping.
The leather top adds a touch of elegance.

Detailing with care
Lined for easy on and off. Lined for easy on/off and a flattering silhouette. The inside is partially elasticated for a better fit.
